Industrial Properties of the South is an Alabama General Partnership consisting of Charlene B. Graham and her husband, Dr. Jerry M. Graham, M.D. They have been developing and leasing property in the Huntsville/Madison County area since 1978.
Currently, Industrial Properties of the South owns and operates over 1.3 million square feet of industrial and office space.
As of August 1, 2012 Laurel Graham Bailey has taken over as the COO and Marketing Director of the company. Charlene Graham is still the CEO and Managing Partner.
Current tenants include:
L3 Comminications, Boeing, Tec Masters, State of Alabama , General Services Administration, SAIC, Northrop Grumman, DirecTv, Dynetics, Westwind Technologies, Yulista Management Services and Aranea Solutions, Inc.
The partnership has four office staff and six maintenance/building superintendants in addition to the Graham's.
Industrial Properties of the South strives to meet all local, state and regional building codes, which include ADA requirements, environmental safety and fire safety standards. All facilities are heated and cooled and all are fire sprinkled.
Charlene B. Graham is the majority owner of Indistrial Properties of the South, which is considered a woman owned small business for governmental contracting purposes.
